Privacy policy
This policy explains what information MAHeatNow collects when you visit this site or place a call through the phone number shown.

We use privacy-preserving web analytics that do not set cookies and do not collect personally identifying information.
Call tracking
Phone numbers route through our affiliate network partner. Call duration, originating area code, and (when consented) recording are captured for quality assurance. The lead passes to the independent licensed gas-fitter or heating contractor handling your dispatch.
Massachusetts two-party (all-party) consent
Massachusetts is a two-party (all-party) consent state for call recording under M.G.L. c.272 § 99 (the Wiretapping and Eavesdropping Statute). This is different from most US states, which follow a one-party-consent rule. In Massachusetts, every party on the call must consent before any recording begins. The affiliate network's IVR or live dispatcher provides recording disclosure at call connection — if you do not consent, state so when prompted and the call will continue without recording. Calls placed without all-party consent in Massachusetts violate state criminal law; this is not a contractual nicety, it is a statutory requirement.
